"I really enjoyed my reiki treatment with Lisa. She was very kind and easy to be around and the room and the energy in the room was soothing. She explained what I might feel before we started and asked me if there was something I wanted to focus on or work on; which I understood to be either physical pain or a psycho-emotional issue. Once she started, I closed my eyes and could feel energy tingling around my body, which is amazing if you’ve never experienced it. I know that the energy outside our body has such an influence on what’s happening on the surface of the body as well as inside. I drifted into the most calming meditative state and saw visions of things that I feel were related to a past life. I was talking to her, but I am sure many people choose to stay silent and enjoy the flow. Afterwards, I felt drowsy but very rested as if I had slept 12 hours. And for a day after that, I noticed that everything I looked at seemed to have a larger-than-life appearance as if its edges were expanding into other dimensions. Colours were brighter and the energies of things around me seemed more alive. My body felt settled, and I particularly noticed that my restless leg problem (RLS) disappeared for several nights."
